Anna Khaydarova, Collaborative Pianist
Anna earned her Master of Music degree in Piano Performance with an Award of Excellence, from Notre Dame de Namur University and a Bachelor of Music degree in Piano Performance and Pedagogy, with honors, from Tashkent State Conservatory, in Uzbekistan. Anna participated in numerous competitions in the U.S. and in other countries, won Second Place Place in the Bartok–Prokofiev-Kabalevski International Piano Competition in Redford, VA, and First Place in the Notre Dame Concerto Competition, here in Belmont, CA. In addition to her work as a collaborative pianist for iSing, Anna is collaborative pianist for Viva La Musica Choir and the community choir, Peninsula Musical Arts Association; she has traveled widely in the U.S. and in Europe with both organizations as featured pianist and accompanist. She is also Music Director at Island United Church in Foster City, where she has an active piano teaching studio. Anna lives in Redwood Shores with her husband, two children (including iSing Harmonics singer Nicole!), and a bearded dragon.
